Dill is very much like cilantro in the sense that you either love it or hate it. I am in the love it field and embrace the flavour with open arms, especially when it comes to salmon. I love dill paired with salmon!
Today's recipe is a perfectly dill-icious sauce to serve with salmon. The only thing you should remember when you're making it is that it's really important to use Greek yogurt or your sauce will be really thin.
1/3 cup Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons dill, chopped
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons maple syrup
Salt and pepper to taste
4 fillets of salmon, cooked
1. While your salmon is cooking, mix together all sauce ingredients.
2. Serve with salmon and fresh veggies for a light and healthy dinner.
